Order cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely, in a 14 days term since receiving the product. If you want to return or exchange the product please use the "RETURNS" module, which is available after logging in on customer account. In case of revealing product flaw please use the "COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT (RMA)" module. We ask You also to attach "RETURN NOTIFICATION" form to package which is available in afore-mentioned modules or official withdrawal from the contract form.

 

 

In case of complaint (product defect, product dirty etc.):
  • We cover the costs and exchange damaged product for new flawless one or we give back Your money (whole cost that has been paid by the Buyer).
  • We send the courier, which receive damaged product. Please don't send Cash On Delivery packages.
  • Complaint investigation lasts maximum 14 days since receiving the package by us.
In case of exchange for another or the same product (e.g. different size):
  • The exchange costs are covered by the buyer. New product is sent and client is paying for shipping on delivery or by transfer, giving back the old product at the same time. Please don't send Cash On Delivery packages.
  • Only new and unused products can be exchanged with all of the labels with original packaging.
  • Exchange option is independent and doesn't limits in any way the Consumer right to withdraw agreement.
  • Product  exchange last maximum 14 days since receiving by us information with exchange request.
In case of money return:
  • The buyer have to send back the product at his own expense and we return the costs of purchased product to chosen by the buyer account.
  • We don't accept Cash On Delivery packages.
  • Returned product has to be carefully packed to prevent damaging during the shipping.
  • Money giveback is realized in closest Saturday since the day of receiving package by us.
